Shipping - Generally, we ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Shipments may be insured by request. Additional fees will be added to bill. Other shipping arrangements can be accommodated, but any additional cost will be added.
Service Video Taping claims no responsibility for damages incurred in shipment, or as a result of delayed or lost shipment.
Replacement - If film, tape or other material in our possession is lost or damaged by Service Video Taping Inc.; the company will only replace it with an equivalent amount of unused film, tape or other material of similar quality.
Deadlines - Although every attempt is made to finish all projects and orders in a timely manner, situations beyond our control can cause delays in meeting a specific deadline. Things such as equipment failure, power failure, delayed shipping, and other assorted calamities such as fire, earthquake, riot, etc., are beyond the responsibility of Service Video Taping Inc. Therefore, the customer agrees that no claim can be made for delays due to these causes.
All completion dates given to the customer are understood to be estimates. If you have an absolute deadline date for a project's completion, please inform us of the "drop dead date". We will make every attempt to finish it on time. If we are unable to do so, you will be informed of that.
Although most projects can be turned around in about a week or less, there are certain times of the year when our backlog extends out to a number of weeks (during the holiday season, for example). It is always a good idea to call or email us if time is of the essence.
